Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To initiate a self-serve cancellation, log in with your name and order no. at the Customer Account Center
"I ordered the wrong size/color, can I exchange it?"
Unfortunately, because each item is manufactured on-demand, exchanges are not possible.
"I received the incorrect item/My item arrived damaged"
Please notify us at roberts.concepts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and we will be happy to make it right through a refund or new items.
